Job summary

Dispatch Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist to support Analytical Operations across product candidates, including viral vectors and CAR T cells.

You will build and manage an operational network with external partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Reporting to the Associate Director, APS, you’ll set up systems to track performance, coordinate routine testing, and enable data generation, method development or validation as needed to drive efficient

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in a related field with extensive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external quality control testing and sample shipments.
• Manage internal routine testing processes and reporting.
• Develop data tracking systems for QC/CTL sites and internal data.
• Organize inventory for instrumentation and reagents.
• Support method validation and transfer activities with internal/external partners.
• Assist with MSAs/contracts and budgeting as needed.
• Communicate status updates to leadership clearly.
• Maintain training and competency on analytical methods.
