Qualifications

• M.Sc. in chemistry with >8 years experience, or Ph.D. with >=3 years in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with chromatography (HPLC/GC/LC-MS) and spectroscopy (UV-Vis/FTIR).
• Experience with instrument software (Openlab, Empower) or data analysis (Excel).
• GLP and cGMP experience; attention to detail.
• Independent, initiative, strong communication in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development and product characterization for one or more molecules in CMC.
• Develop and optimize analytical methods for early and late-stage development.
• Design experiments, perform sample analyses, and ensure accurate results.
• Operate instruments and use software to collect, process, and report data.
• Maintain real-time records and write technical reports for health authority filings.
• Present results to management and at internal meetings.
