Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist in Analytical Chemistry to lead method development, characterization, and testing within pharmaceutical development programs.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with extensive pharmaceutical analytical experience.
• Expertise with oligo, mAb, ADC or AOC analytical techniques.
• Proficiency in chromatographic methods including HPLC/UHPLC.
• Experience with GMP-regulated analytical development and CMC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, qualify, and transfer analytical methods for development and manufacturing.
• Lead analytical characterization studies for drug substances and related materials.
• Develop strategies to assess identity, purity, potency, impurities, and stability.
• Interpret data, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations to teams.
• Oversee method lifecycle management and CDMO collaborations.
• Author analytical sections of regulatory submissions (CMC) and respond to inquiries.
