Qualifications

• BS in Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field with >6 years of experience, or MS with ≥4 years, or PhD with ≥1 year.
• Experience culturing human primary cells (T cells) and performing cell expansion.
• Strong DOE knowledge and data analysis.
• Experience with gene editing and scalable manufacturing process development.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, execute, analyze, and document process development studies.
• Lead studies with minimal supervision and guide next steps using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support tech transfer and regulatory readiness.
• Provide mentorship to junior scientists and contribute to reports and publications.
