Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in immunology, molecular biology or related field.
• Laboratory experience in analytical methods, including nucleic acid extraction, qPCR, ddPCR, western blot, and ELISA.
• Hands-on expertise handling and processing mammalian cells.
• Familiarity with cGMPs and relevant regulatory guidance documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analytical method development and qualification, drug product characterization and impurity testing.
• Provide analytical support for process characterization and BLA-enabling activities, including method qualification and tech transfer.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate accountability, organization, and technical proficiency to deliver results.
• Ensure high-quality documentation in ELN and reports supporting regulatory filings.
• Present data and strategy to scientists and management.
