Amazon Science in New York seeks a senior scientist to own the long-term vision for evaluating Ads Agent, translating advertiser needs into a concrete science roadmap. You will prototype and productionize ML/optimization solutions for joint budget allocation across sponsored ads and design rigorous experiments.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, mentor junior researchers, and publish findings internally and at top venues, shaping the science behind advertiser value.

Competenze

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on work in predictive modeling and analysis.
• Experience distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions and dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience leading scientists and mentoring junior members toward business outcomes.
• Strong track record in predictive modeling and analysis.
