Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied ML experience in building customer-facing recommender systems involving AI, ML, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with designing and prototyping AI solutions for real world applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the science roadmap of developing agentic experiences for recommendations and guidance delivered to +1.6MM advertisers across multiple channels.
• Lead 50+ builders in pioneering agentic AI applications for advertisers and ensure safety, reliability and trust at scale.
• Communicate learnings to leadership and mentor Applied AI talent across the Ads Org.
