Qualifications
- PhD or MS with extensive experience in chemistry and materials science.
- Expertise in resin activation and functionalization chemistries.
- Ability to design and execute independent research programs in adsorbent/materials chemistry.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and optimization of adsorbent materials.
- Develop and scale covalent immobilization strategies for proteins and biomolecules.
- Evaluate and optimize a range of support materials for adsorption processes.
- Design experiments to characterize adsorbent performance and structure–property relationships.
- Mentor junior scientists and communicate progress to leadership.
