Qualifications

• PhD or MS with substantial industrial experience in adsorbent chemistry or related fields.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate lab work to manufacturing.
• Experience with resin activation, surface modification, and immobilization chemistries.
• Background in process development and tech transfer to scale-up operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of adsorbent materials and chemistries.
• Scale covalent immobilization strategies for proteins and other molecules.
• Establish structure-property relationships to guide design.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes for adsorbent production.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytical teams for technology transfer.
• Mentor junior scientists and guide project prioritization.
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and transfer documentation.
