Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Scientist and location is in Shanghai. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for leading research projects, analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and contribute to the development of new products or processes.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biology and related disciplines. Training or working experience in metabolism or immunology is preferred.
• Minimal 3 years of relevant experience in biotech pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated track record in basic research and significant contributions to drug discovery or technology development.
• Prior experience in receptor-mediated extrahepatic delivery of oligonucleotides is highly preferred.
• Strong learning agility, critical thinking skill, and ability to tackle complex scientific questions.
• Good understanding and experienced in various biophysical assays and cell-based assays such as but not limited to receptor binding, internalization and cycling, ITC, BLI, SPR, LC-MS.
• Familiar with and capable of independently operating lab equipment, such as liquid handler, plate reader, flow cytometer.
• Experience in imaging-based assays such as IHC and RNA Scope is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be teamwork oriented.
