Sanofi is seeking a Project Programming Lead within our Vaccines Biostatistical Sciences team. You will lead the scientific programming for large projects, overseeing all programming activities through late-stage clinical development and post-marketing.

You will collaborate globally, coordinate outsourcing, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliant, timely outputs. The role emphasizes leadership, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with project statisticians and external resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related health sciences field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAS or R programming, proficiency in CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory submission requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead scientific programming deliverables with leadership and hands-on support for high-quality outputs.
• Plan and track programming activities, timelines, and resources in a global setting.
• Maintain consistency in specifications and programming deliverables across studies and analyses.
• Lead regulatory submission activities ensuring CDISC data packages meet Health Authority expectations.
• Coordinate outsourcing engagements and manage CRO partnerships from a business perspective.
