Qualifications

PhD in Biostatistics or a related field with 10+ years in pharma biostatistics.
3+ years of people leadership experience, with direct management preferred.
Deep knowledge of regulatory guidance, trial design, and QC of analyses.

Responsibilities

Lead data and biostatistical sciences strategy for vaccines portfolio.
Guide biostatistical contributions to clinical development strategy.
Manage planning and resourcing for biostatistical contributions across projects.
Direct and develop biostatisticians through hiring, coaching and mentoring.
Champion continuous improvement of quantitative data sciences platforms.
Represent Biostatistics in interactions with health authorities and forums.
