Job summary

Lockwood is seeking a Senior Scientific Director to lead the planning, development, and oversight of scientific content for assigned accounts across therapeutic areas. The role manages most scientific contributions across large accounts and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver evidence-based, clinically relevant programs.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in promotional medical education content, strong organizational and communication skills, and expertise in scientific data

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree in science and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AMA style editorial processes and ethical guidelines.
• Experience with multiple myeloma and/or hematologic cancers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned accounts and client interactions, and guide brand strategy.
• Oversee the scientific portion of brand planning and business development.
• Manage resources, timelines, and SOWs in collaboration with client services.
• Identify areas for new and organic growth and ensure scientific accuracy.
