Job summary

Lockwood is seeking a Scientific Director to plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned accounts across therapeutic areas. You will manage most scientific contributions across large or multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and clinical relevance.

Responsibilities include leading client interactions, brand strategy, and brand planning with a focus on growth, resource allocation, and timely delivery of high-quality educational content in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in promotional medical education content such as advisory boards, speaker programs, slides.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with established professional medical editorial processes (AMA style) and ethics.
• Experience in Oncology is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned accounts and client interactions with brand strategy oversight.
• Steer the scientific portion of brand planning and business development.
• Manage resource allocation and timelines across accounts.
• Collaborate with client services to develop SOWs and project timelines.
• Identify areas for new and organic growth.
