Precision Medicine Group, LLC. is seeking a Scientific Director for its Precision AQ division. This senior role leads scientific strategy, quality control, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to translate research into clinical benefit.

The position reports to the Vice President – Content Development and guides writers, editors, and faculty while staying current on therapeutic area developments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Extensive medical writing experience.
Communication agency experience (2–3 years).
Ability to translate complex science into clinical benefit.
Leadership and mentoring of writers.

Responsibilities

Writes, reviews, and provides feedback to content development team to meet objectives.
Analyzes complex medical documents and reviews analyses by junior staff.
Leads discussions with authors and clients on content.
Manages and mentors Medical Writers within the team.
Keeps current on literature for assigned therapies and products.
Attends medical conferences to assess opportunities for clients.
Oversees regulatory review processes for projects.
Travel as required by team assignments.
