Job summary

Scires seeks an experienced SCI Security Lead to oversee all SCI security and intelligence programs, coordinating with the CSSO and senior management. The role includes SOP development for SCIF operations, training, and protocol enforcement across COMSEC, OPSEC, and personnel security domains.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required based on a current SSBI with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, or Master’s with 4+ years of related experience
• Detailed working knowledge of ICDs, DoD 5105.21 SCI manuals, and SCI training certifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Special Security Representative for SCI security, planning and implementing programs
• Advise CSSO and senior management on security and intelligence matters
• Develop SOPs for SCIF operations, STE use, and security systems
• Coordinate accreditation with cognizant security authorities and manage SCIF assets
• Oversee SCI document holdings, inventories, and destruction procedures
• Lead investigations of SCI security incidents and provide corrective actions
