Responsibilities

• Act as secretary and treasurer for the Board of Education.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for board members showing revenues, expenditures, balances.
• Prepare an annual GAAP financial report to the Board of Education.
• Arrange depository contracts and supervise investments of funds.
• Supervise payroll, bids, and the issuance of checks for district disbursements.
