Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology required.
• South Carolina teaching certificate with a School Psychologist endorsement II or III.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and collaboration with staff, parents, and students.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates staff level school psychologists.
• Selects and administers evaluation instruments for students referred for special education or reevaluation.
• Interprets test results to students, parents, and school personnel.
• Provides counseling and training to students, parents, and staff.
• Serves on school-wide committees and as a member of interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintains accurate records in accordance with policy and regulations.
