Salary ranges from $41,120 to $66,122 annually on a 10-month pay scale, with a 6:00am–2:15pm schedule and comprehensive BCPS benefits. Office of Staffing handles hiring and payroll information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in food service; one year supervisory experience.
• Manager Training Program/POS Training required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicates food service policies to staff and liaises with central office and school administrators.
• Manages profit/loss and maintains positive cash flow for the operation.
• Schedules daily labor and production to maximize efficiency and labor utilization.
• Trains staff and conducts quarterly performance evaluations; enforces policies.
