Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating and maintaining light maintenance and cleaning equipment (e.g., mowers, edgers, vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, extractors).

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties: stripping, scrubbing, mopping, sweeping, waxing, polishing floors; cleaning carpets; dusting and polishing fixtures; sanitizing restrooms; washing windows.
• Load and unload supplies; maintain grounds and exterior walkways using power blowers and pressure washers.
• Operate and maintain powered cleaning equipment per procedures and manuals.
• Assist in setting up for school events and maintaining building security.
