Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee capital school construction and rehab projects for assigned districts.
• Supervise Project Officers and staff; guide performance and development.
• Review progress reports and propose changes during project duration.
• Ensure projects meet contract terms, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Education Department staff and Authority representatives.
• Schedule monthly coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify errors and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, CM firms, GC, and agencies.
