Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Support Operations Analyst III to join the Scheduling team in Tucson, AZ. The position focuses on day-to-day execution of expert scheduling within a data-driven, gig-style workforce model, with weekend hours during peak tax periods.

You will monitor inbound requests, apply manual corrections, and run Python-generated uploads, while building dashboards to improve visibility into scheduling and workforce operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in WFM, scheduling, analytics, or BI roles.
• Experience building dashboards or reports with BI tools.
• Ability to write SQL to extract data for reporting.
• Comfort navigating data lake environments and applying rules.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day scheduling operations within a gig-style workforce.
• Develop ad hoc and recurring dashboards for visibility into scheduling and workforce ops.
• Process inbound scheduling exception requests and apply corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize staffing and service levels.
