Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC in Wichita, Kansas, seeks a Project Controls Leader - Scheduling to drive transformation of scheduling capabilities across the fleet. This role partners with Operations, Turnaround, Project, Procurement, and Engineering Records to deliver reliable, profitable project execution and clear accountability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction/engineering, experience with P6 and analytics tools, and a proven track record in organizational change management

Qualifications

• Experience building processes, tools, and teams across locations and functions.
• Experience developing talent and improving team effectiveness.
• Experience applying organizational change management to improve processes.
• Ability translate gaps into cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and onsite for Turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Operations, Turnaround, Project, Procurement, and Engineering Records to elevate scheduling as a value driver.
• Drive results by applying PBM Principles, developing people, and clarifying roles.
• Develop scheduling and analytics talent across the fleet via onboarding and succession planning.
• Collaborate to define a KAES Scheduling vision and roadmaps guiding high-value opportunities across the fleet.
• Lead scheduling transformation across people, processes, and tools to improve competitiveness and project execution.
• Improve schedule quality, data flows, and stakeholder adoption.
• Develop leading indicators and metrics to drive profitable action.
