Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Sr. Scheduling Manager in Charlotte, NC, to lead the scheduling function for complex data center construction projects. The role involves overseeing project planning and scheduling, providing strategic input, and ensuring that proper scheduling techniques are followed.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of related scheduling experience.
• Hyperscale data center experience is required.
• Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning & scheduling for all projects.
• Provides input to project pursuits and RFP responses.
• Ensures proper scheduling techniques are followed.
• Reviews project risk reports.
• Monitors Scheduling-related customer satisfaction goals.

Knowledge of construction methods and sequences

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to mentor scheduling staff

Education
