Job summary

Hill International seeks a Sr Scheduler/Scheduler in San Antonio, Texas to manage and integrate project schedules with a focus on CPM techniques. The role involves reviewing baselines, analyzing contractor updates, and preparing reports for client and FTA stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering/Construction Management and 3–10 years of scheduling experience, with strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; 3–10 years scheduling experience.
• Strong Primavera P6 and MS Project experience; proficient with Word and Excel.
• Experience with reviewing design-build schedules; FTA CIG project experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline schedules against contract requirements and update schedules as needed.
• Prepare schedule review reports and monthly client/FTA deliverables.
• Verify contractor updates for compliance and analyze impacts.
• Develop what-if schedule scenarios to aid planning and decision-making.
