Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Scheduler to support San Antonio, Texas projects. The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and coordination with client teams.

The position involves baseline schedule reviews, progress tracking, and integration of contractor schedules into the master program. Occasional site visits may be required, with remote work the norm and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building/Construction Management preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–10 years scheduling experience; Senior level often 8+ years.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software and Microsoft Project is required.
• Experience reviewing construction schedules for design-build projects is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly meet with the client to review program, project, and contract requirements.
• Review and validate baseline schedules against contract requirements and updates; develop look-ahead schedules and forecasts.
• Prepare schedule review reports from P6 output data and contribute to monthly reporting for client and FTA.
• Verify accuracy of contractor schedule updates and analyze for contractual compliance.
• Suggest strategies to improve schedule performance, including corrective actions and acceleration plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise in CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 usage.
• Review invoices against cost-loaded schedules and advise on accuracy.
• Manage integration of contractor schedules into the master schedule and monitor progress.
