Consertus-US is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our team in El Segundo, California. This role involves developing and analyzing CPM schedules for a major transit capital program. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in heavy civil or highway construction scheduling, along with strong proficiency in Primavera P6.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation to be in the office 4 days per week. Comprehensive health benefits and a competitive annual salary range of $176,800 – $208,000 are included, plus many perks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project scheduling experience supporting heavy civil or highway construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v12.0 or higher) with cost and resource loading.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods in heavy civil/highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated, logic-driven CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for heavy civil infrastructure work.
• Cost-load and resource-load schedules as required.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and support evaluation of schedule changes.
