Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Planner Manager to lead project controls on a large-scale construction program. You will develop, maintain and baseline the IMS, interface with stakeholders, and produce progress reports and dashboards for executive audiences.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in scheduling, strong Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project skills, and a track record in complex matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of scheduling/controls experience in complex environments.
• Experience with IMS development and large capital programs.
• Familiarity with EVM methodologies and schedule analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the owner’s IMS for large-scale programs.
• Establish schedule management programs and deliverables.
• Interface with stakeholders as trusted advisors for guidance.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Conduct resource loading, leveling and critical path analysis.
• Monitor deviations and support corrective action with analytics and dashboards.
