Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Planner Manager to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of delivering construction project control services.

Responsibilities include developing IMS, establishing schedule management, and interfacing with stakeholders to provide guidance. Requires Oracle P6, MS Suite and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in complex matrix environment.
• AACE certification preferred.
• Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project and Smartsheets experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' IMS.
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Conduct resource loading and leveling; assess critical path impacts.
