Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sr. Planner / Scheduler in the United States to lead scheduling for complex programs.

The role blends engineering collaboration with construction scheduling, requiring clear communication and issue resolution. You will work in a hybrid model, traveling up to 50% and aligning schedules using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, and PowerBI to deliver insights to clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field (OR) related work experience in lieu of education.
• Hybrid model with two days in-office per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Biopharma, Oil & Gas, Power Utilities, Nuclear, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Generate variance reports and recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
• Perform Technical Schedule Reviews and Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Serve as scheduling SME for client interactions and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and customize schedule reports and dashboards for clients and project stakeholders.
