Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a skilled Sr. Planner / Scheduler to join our team. You will interact with engineering and construction to understand issues impacting Program schedules, and you will communicate them clearly to stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you will come to the Jacobs office nearest you two days per week. You will analyze CPM schedules, perform schedule reviews, and provide recommendations to optimize project timelines andEarned Value management practices across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field or related work experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at our assigned Jacobs office nearest you.
• Experience developing and analyzing schedules for large, complex projects.
• Experience in vertical construction, facilities, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Conduct variance reports, recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
• Perform Technical Schedule Reviews and Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions and maintain relationships.
• Develop and customize schedule reports and dashboards (PowerBI).
• Support data modeling and KPI development for automated reporting.
