Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sr. Planner / Scheduler to join our team. You will analyze and communicate schedule issues across complex programs, act as a scheduling SME in client interactions, and deliver high-quality scheduling services in a hybrid work environment.

We value innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration, with opportunities to grow skills in Earned Value, risk analysis, and reporting dashboards using PowerBI and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
• Degree in a related field or related work experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at Jacobs office nearest you.
• Demonstrated experience developing and analyzing schedules for large-scale, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contractors’ CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
• Produce variance reports and recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and both technical and risk-based schedule reviews.
• Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions, communicating issues professionally.
• Develop and customize schedule reports and dashboards for stakeholders (PowerBI).
• Support data modeling, KPI development, and automated reporting across programs.
