Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, Omaha, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead the most complex scheduling activities across projects. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams to maintain accurate, timely schedules in alignment with company strategy and lean practices.

The role requires experience in construction scheduling, knowledge of scheduling software, and the ability to lead training initiatives while traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices; communicates review comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including proposals and baseline schedules.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Supports training for JE Dunn operations and develops training content.
• Leads planning and scheduling group best practices development.
