Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Senior Project Controller to manage cost reporting and scheduling for life sciences projects from our Blue Bell, PA headquarters. You will partner with PMs, engineers, and procurement to ensure accurate budgets, cost tracking, and dashboards across ERP and reporting systems.

The role requires 10+ years' experience, a technical degree, and strong analytics with tools like Procore and Power BI. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Aptitude to broaden knowledge of EPCQ processes in Pharma/Biotech.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Experience with data management tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Desire to pursue PMI, AACEI, or other industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of project costs and schedule reporting.
• Coordinate with PM, Engineers, and Discipline Leads for consistent reporting.
• Develop and present cost reports using Procore, Power BI, and other tools.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools with project team.
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and change control across EPCQ lifecycles.
• Prepare detailed cost reports covering budgets, changes, spending, and forecasts.
