Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Raleigh seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale capital program. The ideal candidate will deliver IMS schedules, baseline documents and schedule analyses with strong EVM discipline.

You will interface with clients and project stakeholders, maintain data credibility, and ensure timely reporting. A Bachelor’s in construction management or related field and expertise in Primavera P6 are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
• Expertise using Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
• Consolidate contractors' schedules into IMS.
• Assess impacts on critical path and report to the project team.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Prepare schedule progress reports and trend analyses.
• Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants.
