Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction project control services.

Responsibilities include developing and updating the IMS, establishing scheduling deliverables for major programs, and applying EVM to track progress. On-site presence is required, with Sox controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering-related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience working in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisor for guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Conduct resource loading and leveling of the schedule.
• Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities.
• Apply EVM to measure project progress.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts and analyses.
• Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
