Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred in construction technology or construction management.
• 10+ years of project scheduling experience with strong hands-on knowledge of scheduling standards.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; familiarity with EPPM and other scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead teams and train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of baseline schedules and maintain project controls.
• Oversee schedule development and monitoring for multiple projects.
• Develop schedules and manage critical path analyses.
• Prepare and review scheduling reports; support proposals with scheduling materials.
• Mentor and guide junior schedulers; coordinate with project teams.
• Assist in evaluating claims and mitigations related to schedule delays.
