Job summary

Garver is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler in North Little Rock, Arkansas, to develop, review, and maintain critical path schedules for multiple projects as part of the Enterprise Solutions Scheduling Services Team.

In this role, you will lead scheduling efforts on large and multiple projects, develop baseline schedules, and mentor junior schedulers, while leveraging Primavera P6 and MS Project along with EPPM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with project scheduling.
• Proficient knowledge of EPPM and various scheduling software.
• Expert user of Primavera scheduling software (P6) and Microsoft Projects scheduling software.
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of periodic project controls reporting.
• Lead or direct the setup and reviews of project controls status (cost contract, WBS, schedule, resources, etc.).
• Lead scheduling efforts on large and/or multiple projects.
• Develop baseline schedules.
• Oversee schedule development/maintenance.
• Support claims evaluation/mitigation issues.
• Mentor Schedulers/Junior Schedulers.
• Assist in developing scheduling materials for proposals.
• Resolve scheduling issues that occur.
• Read and understand contract documents and plans.
