Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our US Infrastructure team. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in managing schedules on major programs, with on-site presence four days per week.

Responsibilities include developing milestones, tracking baselines, ensuring compliance with scheduling methodologies, and coordinating with internal and external clients while mentoring the planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant civil infrastructure construction experience working in a scheduling role supporting major programs.
• Rail experience is highly preferred
• Experience working in complex, fast paced, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on projects and programs within integrated planning, cost and risk environments.
• Develop project milestones and progress baselines.
• Ensure adherence to established scheduling methodology in project schedules.
• Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling practices.
• Contribute to Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
• Analyze schedule data to identify trends and issues and communicate to leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients on project schedules.
• Mentor and coach planning team.
• Lead schedule reporting and contingency management for work packages.
• Lead schedule updates, analyses and reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractor schedules within integrated milestones.
