Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining the master schedule, identifying dependencies, and driving recovery plans with operations and procurement. Strong analytics, communication, and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction/manufacturing or material planning.
• Experience in industrial, high-mix job shop environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Cyber Plan).
• Excellent communication across levels and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of S&OP and production scheduling dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and installation schedules for factory projects.
• Maintain master project schedule and identify cross-discipline dependencies.
• Communicate critical path activities and forecast delays.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, planning, and procurement teams.
• Develop capacity plans and monitor on-time execution.
