Job summary

Kirschner Contractors seeks a Senior Scheduler/Senior Project Specialist to lead complex scheduling for Hawaii-based and regional projects. The role centers on developing detailed baselines, evaluating progress, and delivering proactive scheduling insights to project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive scheduling experience on $20M+ projects.
• Expertise with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong comfort level in MS Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client/project point of contact to establish and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Provide supervision/leadership to a team of project professionals.
• Interact with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate schedule issues.
• Assess actual progress vs planned progress to determine trends.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work.
• Participate in development and improvement of project controls systems.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports detailing progress, actuals, forecasting and variances.
• Communicate schedule status regularly via meetings and reports.
