Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5+ years' project scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing/technology projects preferred.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with high quality project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop, monitor, and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead monthly project progress with design teams and contractors.
• Develop and maintain 4D/5D models and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and data analyses.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and labor-productivity reviews.
