Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 2 to advance complex project schedules across our Advanced Facilities Group. You will visit job sites, draft, update and review schedules, and mentor junior colleagues while aligning CPM with pull plans and lean practices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of scheduling experience, a construction management background, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office. This role requires travel and non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 3+ years planning and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of the scheduling process from proposal to baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software and supports training.
• Visits job sites regularly to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions with schedule alignment.
• Develops reports and adds resource and cost loading as needed.
