Job summary

Markon is seeking Senior Schedulers to build a talent pool for future federal construction programs, including potential USACE work. Candidates will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and collaborate with government stakeholders on complex task orders.

Applicants should have 10+ years of Primavera P6 experience, strong CPM scheduling skills, and a proven ability to communicate scheduling risks and mitigation strategies to diverse teams across multiple projects and

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain clearance for task orders in classified environments as required.
10+ years of experience using Primavera P6 to develop, implement, and maintain CPM schedules.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining CPM construction schedules.
Experience supporting complex federal construction programs and large projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or current platform.
Integrate project and subcontractor schedules into master schedules.
Monitor milestones, float, sequencing, and critical path activities.
Prepare schedule narratives, progress analyses, and milestone status reports.
Support Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and responses to schedule impacts.
Provide scheduling findings and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
