Job summary

Dacon is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Deer Park, TX to lead the master schedule for high‑risk electrical construction projects, including substations and EPC work. You will establish enterprise scheduling standards, mentor staff, and partner with project controls, estimating, and finance to ensure schedule integrity and strong risk management.

This role requires strong analytical skills, CPM/EVM experience, and the ability to communicate schedule insights clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive scheduling in electrical/substation/EPC projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Experience with EVM and baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Own master project schedule from development through close-out.
• Develop baseline schedules and coding standards.
• Govern enterprise scheduling standards and templates across the portfolio.
• Lead schedule risk analyses and recovery planning.
• Present schedule status to executives and clients.
