Dynalectric, part of the EMCOR Group, seeks an experienced Construction Scheduler to plan, analyze, and manage schedules for large electrical projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role collaborates with PMs, superintendents, estimators, and field leadership to drive on-time delivery and proactive risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has strong CPM scheduling skills, with Primavera P6 and MS Project experience and a proven ability to communicate schedule impacts to internal teams and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling principles.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Create and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent.
• Analyze critical path activities and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, clients and GC to validate durations.
• Monitor progress and update schedules due to field changes.
• Prepare schedule recovery plans and impact analyses for delays.
• Track milestones, procurement, deliveries, commissioning and turnover.
• Generate schedule status reports for teams and leadership.
• Participate in planning and owner/GC schedule reviews.
• Assist with schedule-related claims and change orders.
