Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of project controls and scheduling experience in electric utilities.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other PM tools (MS Project, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of earned value management, risk analysis, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather input and validate schedule accuracy.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Provide scheduling analysis, including resource allocation, critical path, and earned value management.
• Support the team in implementing and maintaining project controls processes, tools, and templates.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, schedule performance, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Utilize expertise in electric utilities projects to address sector-specific challenges.
• Mentor junior team members for continuous improvement and growth.
