Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Richardson, TX to support Continental Electronics Corporation programs.

The role involves developing, maintaining, and reporting on integrated master schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to contract requirements. You will work with the PMO and program leaders to improve scheduling processes, perform risk analysis, and present schedule health metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, business, engineering, or related field with 8 years scheduling experience; or 12 years without degree.
• Experience in program management, planning or scheduling, preferably in the defense sector.
• At least 3 years building and statusing schedules in Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and disseminate schedule data and reports.
• Improve scheduling processes and ensure schedules reflect how work is accomplished.
• Provide schedule updates to PMO and customers for sound decisions.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for programs.
