Job summary

Daksta is seeking a skilled Senior Scheduler to support the delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will develop, maintain, and analyse project programmes, working with clients and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes across multiple high-value projects.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating schedules, identifying risks and delays, tracking progress, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner in construction environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme analysis including critical path identification, progress tracking, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules across multiple assignments
• Provide programme analysis, including critical path identification, progress tracking, and performance reporting
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate planning and alignment
• Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, providing clear mitigation strategies
• Support project controls functions including reporting, forecasting, and change management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards and consultancy best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scheduler/Planner within construction environments
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Willingness to travel as required - per diem provided on the GSA rate
