We are seeking a Senior Scheduler with extensive CPM scheduling experience to join our NYC-area team and work with senior staff, owners, and contractors on complex construction schedules.

Ideal candidates will have strong CPM knowledge, Primavera P6 expertise, and a track record of managing schedules for high-rise and large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Requires 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 12 years with a Master’s degree; leadership experience is required.
• Strong understanding of CPM concepts and construction sequencing, phasing, means and methods.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience developing schedules for high-rise or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain CPM schedules for high-rise, core & shell, commercial, mixed-use projects.
• Review project documents and schedule content for accuracy and feasibility.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery options; report to stakeholders.
• Prepare schedule narratives and graphical reports for client reviews.
• Support claims analysis and expert report preparation as needed.
